Patrick's Air B nB in Charlotte is amazing. It exceeded our expectations. His home is clean, spacious and has plenty of seating for big groups or families. We had 8 people staying for the March Madness basketball tournament and were able to comfortably watch the games in one room and a movie in another. The location is nestled in an area where coffee shops, cafes and restaurants are all in walking distance. Patrick was so prompt about answering questions and very accommodating to our group, If we return to Charlotte, we will definitely stay here again. Probably my favorite Air B and B ever!!!!

This house was perfect! We went for a conference in Charlotte and loved the proximity to the Convention Center, but quiet neighborhood aspect. The house had everything we needed and the owner was extremely responsive when we needed to ask a question. Would definitely book again! Thank you Patrick!
