Lovely place to stay with views accross the gardens and countryside. Easy to get to places of interest and a pub in the nearby village. Very helpful and friendly hosts.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is a bit different - in a picturesque rural location, secluded, off a quiet road. There is a lot to see on the area, scenic and historic, such as Lulworth Cove and Castle, Clouds Hill, Hardy's Cottage, Tank museum, Athelhampton House and the Tolpuddle Martyrs museum. There are local country walks nearby and we enjoyed the short walk over fields and river to the local village shop. The accommodation is spacious for two people and found the host friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely place to stay. The property is very comfortable with beautiful country walks and cycling around the village and countryside beyond. Very peaceful and a great place to switch off. Very helpful hosts, too!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la quiétude du lieu, la campagne environnante. J'avais un peu mal au dos et le lit était trop mou pour moi. J'avais lu qu'il était confortable et pensais avoir un lit un peu plus ferme. Nous avons été surpris par la taille des marches et devions être prudent pour monter et descendre l'escalier à l'intérieur de la maison pour nous rendre dans la chambre, le salon et la salle à manger. tout est décoré avec goût et nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir un présent de bienvenue dans le frigo.
