Kick back and relax for at least 30 days in this calm, stylish one-bedroom apartment with separate kitchen and living room. This 48 m2 apt features a sunnyside balcony and a loggia overlooking green courtyard. Calm and peaceful, on the 3rd floor with lift, it is located in cosmopolitan 10th arr., close to the canal Saint Martin, Belleville, and a 15 mins walk to République. It has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and is a great base to discover Paris. The apt is located on third floor in a building with elevator. It's been recently fully renovated. Features a comfortable living room with dining table, sofa, coffee table, wifi, and large flat screen TV. The bedroom has a double bed with plenty of closet space. Portable fans in living and bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with induction plate, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator. Kitchen table seats two for cozy meals.

Great place for a long stay, I stayed 2 months and had no issues. Cedric was super nice and easy to get along with if I needed him, which was very rarely. Location is great, right near Belleville metro for lines 2 and 11, the Canal St Martin is super close, lots of supermarkets in the area. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend this place. It is very clean, well stocked, and just like the photos. The area is vibrant and close to the metro stops. The check in process is smooth and easy as Cedric is there to greet you. Cedric is one of the most proactive and helpful hosts I have ever encountered, and responded immediately to any questions I had by text or call. For personal reasons I had to cut my stay shorter than anticipated, and Cedric went out of his way to help me through that process. I felt extremely well taken care of during my stay.
We chose C&J apartment because of its location, which was perfect - within a few minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, metro and bus lines, and very convenient for visiting Paris. The apartment was nice, clean and comfortable for 2 of us, with all the amenities we needed during our stay. Jérôme is a awesome host, kindly showed us around and explained how things worked , he was very helpful and easily to rich and when you contacted him, he respond it back in a few minutes, very responsible and professional host and speaks very good English We definitely recommend C& J apartment and thanks the host for doing everything to make our stay comfortable. just a real Paris treat!

- Marché de la Villette, 2 minutes walk, Wednesday and Saturday morning and walk from Belleville, 7 minutes walk,
Tuesdays and Fridays.
- The short circuit, 205 Rue Saint-Maur, direct producer grocery store (cheese, charcuterie, meat, dairy, fruits & vegetables, honey, etc. etc.)
- The head in the Olives, rue sainte marthe, producer of Sicilian olive products (incredible olive oils, olives, jars of candied vegetables, etc. etc.)
- Yann Couvreur, Goncourt, best pastry chef to take the Paris Brest
- Healthy, bakery near the Canal Saint-Martin
- Bread and ideas, best bakery in Paris (a little further than Sain)
- Fromagerie Goncourt (very good cheeses and ciders)
- Au Quai, canal Saint Martin wine merchant - very good selection of wines, good advice
The nearest metro station is Goncourt line 11, or Belleville line 2 and 11.
