Beautiful location & large space–HORRIBLE experience with the host. When we arrived, they had left 2 large bags of dirty laundry in front of our door & never picked them up. Come Monday morning we got a call from the office trying to get us to pay them an additional $250 for fees they would not specify. When being confronted about these charges by Airbnb Support directly, they claimed that there was suddenly no charges & never have been. Later that day, we noticed a man following us to our cars & watching my sisters & their young daughters. When my father confronted the man he said he was "Just watching." We later learned that this man, named Chuck, is the Property Manager. We learned this after he continued to follow & watch us & stand close to our door several days in a row. When calling his superior, they said they would "talk to him" but do nothing else to reprimand or stop his behavior. Extremely unprofessional & made us all feel unsafe the entire week.

What we liked most of condo was very spacious. Grocery within walking distance. Beach can walk to. Draw back. Bringing your items up to unit. Elevator not close . So glad just one flight of steps. Area felt safe and upscale.

Across street from beach. Nice quiet location. Unit is big, good for families. Unit is one flight above ground level. Elevator is slow but large to fit many people so best to use stairs. Assigned Parking spot in garage is a little tight if you have a larger SUV/ vehicle but not terrible. Previous reviews about bad internet and old tv’s were corrected and updated.
