&nbsp; The Sanctuary - Sound Waves 132B This spacious beach condo, located in the oceanfront Sanctuary development, is aptly named Sound Waves for its breathtaking views of serene Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge from the extra-large private balcony. Plan on slowing your pace once you arrive, relax in style and convenience, and catch breathtaking sunsets over the bay each evening. This resort-like complex is located right on the beach in sunny Sandbridge, offering the most amenities to be found in the area. Step out your front door and have near-instant access to one of the three large, sparkling pools. One pool has an oceanfront swim-up bar. Around the pools, you'll find multiple Viking gas grilling stations with comfortable teak outdoor seating with umbrellas and tables. Or, you can take a quick walk and put your toes right in the warm sand and the cool Atlantic Ocean. After a fun day at the beach, relax in the primary suite which features a private entrance to the beautiful balconies, a TV, and its own large bathroom with granite and tile. The second bedroom offers a TV as well. Your younger beachgoers will love the third bunk bedroom with twin-over-double bunk beds and a TV. Don't forget to bring your game console, games, and gadgets - free cable and WiFi are provided as well. <b>Things to Know</b> The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. <br/>Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
