We loved staying at Jane’s (and others) house! It was beautiful, close to everything, and a great location for relaxing and enjoying Santa Fe! They were great hosts and communicated throughout! I would highly recommend!
We had a fantastic time at Casa Chamisa. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and offered easy access to many great hiking trails. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was spotless. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to families and friends.
Had a great stay here! The home is super comfortable and very charming! Would love to visit again!
We loved our stay here so much. It was great for our large party. Enough space for everyone to enjoy, secluded enough to be peaceful but close enough to surroundings to be accessible. Loved being able to hike nearby and easily access Ubers to Santa Fe destinations. Thanks for everything!
Casa Chamisa is located in the Museum Hill neighborhood of Santa Fe. This area is close to downtown Santa Fe, and is very quiet with beautiful views of nearby mountains including Sun Mountain. Sprawling haciendas and large property lots with old trees make this one of the most desirable areas in Santa Fe.
Museum Hill is home to world-renowned museums including the Museum of International Folk Art, the Wheelwright Museum of the American Indian, the Museum of Spanish Colonial Art and the Museum of Indian Arts & Culture as well as the Santa Fe Botanical Garden.
We do recommend renting a car. If you are flying into the ABQ airport, there are many options available. If you are flying into the Santa Fe airport, Hertz is available on-site. Many places in downtown are walking distance from the house, but if you would like to explore outside of Santa Fe, having a car is essential.
Uber and Lyft do offer a convenient and affordable way to get around Santa Fe.
There is a bus-stop located on Alameda Street which is just down the street, and it is a short ride to downtown.
Rental bikes are also a great way to get around and explore Santa Fe. There is a large network of paved pedestrian and bicycle trails. More info and trail maps can be downloaded from the city of Santa Fe's website. Mello Vello is located nearby, and they have different types of bikes to fit your specific needs--whether you plan on mountain biking, just cruising around town, or to do some serious road biking.
There is a train that runs from Belen to Santa Fe with stops in Albuquerque and everywhere in between. Unfortunately it is not located close to the airport, but it is a fun way to travel up and down the state of New Mexico.
自我介绍
I am an entrepreneur and business owner in Santa Fe. Traveling is a great passion of mine. The world is an amazing place and there is not enough lifetime to see and experience it all. Over the years I have been the beneficiary of much kindness from strangers while traveling. Such experiences have impacted me profoundly and will stay with me for the rest of my life. That is why I want each casa to be a wonderful place for my guests to create their own special memories.
