Absolutely fell in love with “Nauti Tortuga”! Marilyn was so helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to any and everyone!

House was just like pictured. Outdoor space was nice. Spent most of time there fishing and using the hot tub. The location was nice and quiet to relax, but not that far of a drive to find things to do. Kayaks were great. Hot tub was wonderful to use. On last day there was even a dolphin in canal swimming around. Things that need to be addressed. Door code I was given didn’t work, called and got a new one right away. Fridge door was broken on the inside. Wasn’t that of a big deal but the fridge wouldn’t close right so outside of fridge would get condensation on it. The bathroom in guest house doesn’t drain properly. Would make weird noises and smells. Would have to flush toilet couple times and would hear noises coming from shower. The pros out weighted the cons would definitely put this house in the running again for trip again.

It was exactly what we needed for our asphalt crew to come down and keep lodging cost to a minimum. We had a few hiccups, the door code didn’t work so we had to find a way around it. The owner responded right away and we worked it all out, she had backup keys in place for situations where technology fails us. The hot tub decided it didn’t want to work for us but she sent someone to take a look at it. The tankless water heater in the main house also didn’t care for us so we all showered in the extra house shower and made it work! We were here for work but we fished every night off the dock and it was so nice to be home and just have water access at the back door! The guys loved it! For what we paid it was worth the hiccups! We had friends that live in Rockport come visit with their little ones also and they enjoyed getting away from their dad-to-day life. Overall we would stay here again!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Loved having the Mother in law home separated from the main house. Marilyn was proactive in her communication and had all the answers before I even asked the questions. Great location and the relaxed atmosphere on the deck made this the perfect place to get away and unwind. Will stay here again very soon!
