The resort is beautiful but was absolutely at capacity and so many children and hard time even getting poolside seating. Unless the host is fully aware of the location of the room(s) to be assigned at check in, we can’t fully fault them for the following; . We ended up on the 2nd floor in a room at back of resort, direct facing garage entrance and with little to no natural light. It felt like a fancy dungeon and didn’t even want to go on patio just to face cars entering and exiting the garage. The resort was not able to accommodate a move. On day 2, We ended up booking another resort with low capacity and a full ocean view for what we paid for this rental. Double the cost, but ultimately it was our wedding/honeymoon so we did what we had to make it a lovely experience. Westin customer service was top notch, just unfortunate that we had one of the worst rooms in the resort ( even per Westin) . Again, don’t know that owners are aware of the unit, and it was a chance we took.

Our stay in the villa at Westin Nanea was one we will never forget! The space was exactly as described, it was comfortable with lots of space for 6 people. The grounds were beautiful which made for a nice walk to the beach just outside. Eich as a host was helpful and made the effort to make sure we were enjoying our stay and was there if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend having Eich as your host and staying at this location!

Great location. Close proximity to many area attractions. The resort shuttle to Lahaina and the other Westin properties, including Whalers Village was very useful.
