Grounds very overgrown and unkempt. TV didn't work until my 4th day out of 4. False advertising that it had a TV. TV was installed by a handyman whom Belle Property called to fix. He wasn't a tradesman so worked for 10 minutes. Eventually they sent an antenna tradesman and aerial disinigrated in wall and fell all over floor. They stitched me up with a shit place to stay then had the audacity to ask me to put the bins out. Way Way overpriced.

The home is in very quiet spot, felt safe and a short walk to the beach. The home is spacious and can easily accommodate 2 families. This property is managed by a real estate agent not by the owner. Whilst the team are lovely to deal with and reasonably responsive, the property lacks some of the extra care and love I have experienced with other properties when managed by proud owners. A great location and it was fabulous to be able to have our dog with us, although dog owners should note that dogs are not allowed on furniture. Not an issue for us but could be for others. A lovely property.

Quite good, but needs care and attention. The house is a great layout overall, and we like the location. It is our second time here. It is great to be able to bring our dog, and we enjoy the 10-minute walk to the beach. The outside area is pleasant (would be more so if it was well tended). Unfortunately, it seems to be one of those houses where the goal is to make as much as possible and spend nothing. Numerous small things, (easy to fix and some remaining since our last visit) mean we won't be returning. The mattress in the main bedroom is VERY cheap, and does not fit the frame. There are no drawers or shelves for clothes - just a few hangers. We were 5 people and each bedroom is the same. A few other tips: Fix the TV aerial - it will cost you $35. Don't leave weird (possibly broken??) TVs scattered around the house. Clean the sofas and cushions. They were pretty grubby. Fix the coffee machine.

We had a great time here! Pool was nice and relaxing and warm, house itself was spacious and clean, and was easy to walk to the main promenade/beach! And the host was super responsive and helpful. Thanks for a fab stay :)
