Older fl shack: air quality issues; black mold is deff an issue as is evident by visual moisture issues: rusted appliances, ac vents, light fixtures, bathroom fixtures. Where there is moisture there is mold. Expect throats and sinuses / glands to close up. Deff not up to clean standards. Interiors also showed signs of wear and damage. Floors and amenities. Took us 24 hours off site for allergies to subside. No guidebook. Hot tub: can’t control heat. Got Luke warm at best. Water was not clear. It’s like a bath tub (120v not 222v) Deff not a true hot tub / spa. She also has a lot of notices that if you don’t use it correctly you’ll be charged $200 maintenance fee. Seems ??? Weird to us since it doesn’t even work! No remote to tv in bedroom. No extra blankets or towels. Was cold. No ac control options! Was locked! No controls for guests! Save your money. Book a hotel ! Not worth the price tag !

Great place. Was very clean and quiet. Loved the hot tub on the screen porch. Would stay there again.

Great little spot on the Island. Not far from some local marina's bars and the water. The hot tub was a nice thing to come home to after a long day on the water. Tina provided great recommedations as to what was happening close to the place and was very welcoming.
