Barbara & Raymond went out of their way for our family. Everything was just beautiful. The house the decorations gift basket. Baby set ups for my granddaughter. Total a beautiful house for our Derby stay. Would stay again but one Kentucky Derby is enough for us!

This house was charming, spotless, and cozy! It was within walking distance to some great places, and an easy Uber or car ride to anywhere else. I could not have picked a better place to stay for the derby! They even Derby decorated. They left snacks, drinks and a fire in the outdoor pit ready to go! I could go on but I’d be here all day. This is where you want to stay for the Derby!!!

This home was perfect for our derby weekend. The space was warm and inviting and the hosts went the extra mile with a wonderful derby basket filled with goodies. Great neighborhood and easy drive to Churchill Downs. Absolutely recommend it!

Such an excellent spot. The house has great living space, especially downstairs and backyard, and the location in Louisville is wonderful!!

I cannot rave enough about this Home! Barbara and Raymond were so welcoming. They had a cute gift basket with snacks and wine upon our arrival. The house is immaculate and decorated so great you feel right at home from the get go. Both Barbara and Raymond make themselves available throughout your stay for anything you need. We had a girls trip for the Kentucky Derby and we were all so pleased at the location and accommodation. You have bars and restaurants so close, and a short drive to the Kroger grocery store. The backyard is so perfect it was hard to come inside. I would highly recommend this Home to anyone looking to stay!!!!
