we had a wonderful stay at Villa Abril. the house , pool and garden were beautifully kept and our host was very friendly and helpful. The area is very peaceful and perfect for families with a sandy beach nearby and lota of other coves to explore within a short distance. The air traffic noise didnot bother us at all. Many thanks for a terrific stay.

Great house. Lovely area (very quiet) right next to the Cala. Only about a 5 minute walk or so. There is also a lovely Italian restaurant about a 3 min walk away. I would recommend getting a big shop in from the supermarket as the walk to spar is about 30 mins or so. The house in general was very clean. Easy lockbox entry. If working from home, I’d be cautious of the planes but besides that it was amazing and we’ll definitely return. Also, just to be careful on mosquitos. Plenty of repellent is needed in the summer months! Loved the place. Great communication from 3villas. Thanks again.

Die Villa Abril liegt in Binisafua fussläufig von der Felsenbucht Calo Blanc und der Sandbucht Binisafuller. Die Ausstattung ist für ein Ferienhaus mehr als ausreichend: Sehr schöne gut bestückte Küche mit Mikrowelle und Herd und einem großen Kühlschrank mit Eisschrank. Ein zur Küche offener Wohnraum mit Klimaanlage Zwei geräumige Badezimmer, eins mit ebenerdiger Dusche, eins mit Duschbadewanne. Drei Zimmer, davon zwei mit Klimaanlage . Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. Während unseres 10tägigen Aufenthalts wurde das Haus einmal komplett gereinigt , die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher getauscht, was sehr angenehm war. Der große Pool im Aussenbereich ist klasse ! Er wird regelmäßig gewartet in der Zeit des Aufenthaltes. Der Garten ist groß und gepflegt. Wenn man die Ecke von Menorca kennt, weiß man, dass die Flugzeuge direkt übers Haus fliegen. Wir haben das nicht als störend empfunden. Die Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch 3Villas war perfekt!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic villa, we had a great time with two little ones in tow. Peaceful and chilled surroundings. Great communication and super flexible with checking in/out. Thanks for a great stay!
