Welcome to Pinecrest Retreat! This charming home is nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Guests have been known to see bears, deer, squirrels & chipmunks on the property. With easy access to main roads, you can get into Asheville or to many local restaurants, shops, hiking trails, or breweries quickly. The AVL airport is 15 minutes, and downtown Asheville is 20 minutes from the home. We also provide custom-curated digital maps so our guests can take our local recommendations on the go! This recently renovated 5 bed, 3 bath home has an inviting charm that’ll make you feel right at home. The home is fully furnished with 2 living areas, 5 bedrooms and many outdoor amenities. With almost 3,000 square feet, there is plenty of living space for your friends or family to enjoy. Watch a movie on the cozy sectional, play chess at the cafe table, curl up with a book, whip up some dinner inside or out on the grill, go for a soak in the hot tub or a dip in the (private) pool during summer months. Relax by the fire pit or simply enjoy the quiet sounds of nature on the back deck. Pinecrest is a lovely place for a retreat with a large group. **The pool is only open to guests Memorial Day through Labor Day (May 24–September 2, 2024). It will be closed during the off months. When you’re ready to retire for the night, you’ll find a queen-sized bed in the main-level bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom. Upstairs is four more bedrooms. The owner's retreat includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bath. Three other bedrooms include a king, a queen and two twin beds. A generous sized hall bathroom boasts a separate room with double sinks, so plenty of people can utilize the space. You also have access to a queen air mattress with linens, and the sofas & sectional provide sleeping space as well. Plenty of room for a large group.
