All five bedrooms have king-sized beds and the house comfortably sleeps 10 guests. As a bonus, every bedroom has its own 65” TV. We also have an outdoor area perfect for gatherings. With the luxury of 2 kitchens and 2 sets of washer/dryers, KingBedsOnly are perfect for hosting groups of up to 8. Enjoy the tastefully decorated modern-chic open-concept living and dining rooms. With plenty of natural sunlight and a fireplace, this is a bright airy space that’s perfect for all dining and lounging needs. Both kitchens have new stoves, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and fridges for all cooking needs. Designed with classic white cabinets and white subway tiles, the kitchens are clean, bright ... fit for HGTV. Gather with friends and family around the upstairs traditional dining room table or settle around the downstairs farmhouse chic dining area. While guests are here, they’ll sleep like kings. Each bedroom features a king-sized bed, two side tables, two side lamps, an overhead fan, and the luxury of a 65” TCL Internet Ready TV. No need to fight over what to watch. The bedrooms are also connected to 3-piece bathrooms. Newly remodeled with bright white subway tiles and new vanities, guests will feel as if they’re in a hotel. Last but certainly not least is the outdoor hang out area. It’s perfect for group gatherings. It’s covered and decorated with hanging lights, so it’s suitable for any weather. Enjoy an outdoor meal gathered around the picnic bench or the high table. KingBedsOnly even have a ping pong table. Furry friends are also welcome. KingBedsOnly believe pets are a part of the family and are happy to host them as well. The house has gated front and back areas for dogs to play in. Located in the heart of Houston, KingBedsOnly are mere blocks away from some of Houston’s best restaurants, shops, and sights. KingBedsOnly would be happy to provide guests with recommendations.

Stayed here for two and a half months. Great house and location. Large rooms, beds, two living areas. Street and drive parking accessible, no problems. Overall, very solid stay. Recommend to anyone interested.
We had 7 folks needing 5 bedrooms for a family wedding stay. House was clean and comfortable and well-equipped. The unit upstairs is 3 br and the unit downstairs was 2 br. As with other Houston neighborhoods, the lack of zoning makes for a somewhat mixed streetscape. Picture on listing is accurate, but house is nicer and larger than others nearby. Nothing bad or unsafe feeling. Easy checkin with codes. Met expectations, felt maybe a little pricy but houses for larger groups aren’t easy to find. Having the two kitchens and two gathering areas was nice.

We are located ~ 25 miles from the Houston IAH airport (approximately 35 – 45 min drive). For the ease and convenience of exploring the city, we recommend guests have a vehicle. There are covered and gated parking spots for two vehicles. Alternatively, METRO is Houston’s public transportation system that includes buses and light rail. Feel free to use their website to plan your transportation needs.
