What an amazing place to have a nice family gathering! We celebrated my father’s 80th birthday. We loved that each room is well appointed and each has an en suite bathroom. The house is clean and bright and the kitchen has everything imaginable to prepare a meal. The sunsets off the back deck or at the dock are unbeatable!! We were a little sad the pool wasn’t ready for our stay but the beach is an easy walk away so we made the most of the proximity. We only had 1 day that was sunny but there is so much to do in the game area that we were not bored!! Ping pong, corn hole, arcade games, foosball, and the putting green kept us entertained during the rainy days. Madelene is an excellent host and communicated with us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. My brother arrived early and got to meet Daniel, who is also very kind and gracious. They left us a lovely welcome charcuterie board as well. Fantastic beach vacation to kick off the summer!! We hope to stay again.

Great location, great place to stay and a great amount of toys for all ages. I would highly recommend it for a nice group or large family.

This property was amazing!!! We underestimated the amenities list and were blown away at how many activities, kayaks, boards, toys, games and baby gear were available. The view of the marsh is stunning and an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Logistically, everything was just as the listing said it was and we had no trouble getting in or to anything. Madelene was always so quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. We loved staying here and didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back!

The house was great, definitely strongly recommend if your destination is Ocean Isle, and you are looking for a great house to make memories in. There is a lot to do and the house is an easy walk to the beach, shops, ice-cream, and a few restaurants. We loved our stay, and like I said, we would strongly recommend.
