This was a great value room in a good location, less than 10 minutes walk from Ithaca Commons and all its amenities. I was visiting my daughter at Ithaca College and had no car, so this was a perfect place to walk safely there and back or catch a bus from nearby. It's a charming vintage property with lots of original features. My room was very clean and warm, and I found the bed extremely comfortable, there was a desk for working and good WiFi. Marina could not have been more helpful, she stayed up late to let me in when my bus was delayed and was very welcoming when my daughter came to visit. She showed me all the facilities in the house and was friendly and there to assist throughout my stay. Like a previous guest, I was also disturbed in the night by the guy in the next room who was having a speakerphone call, and then watching TV with the volume quite high. I spoke to Marina about this the next morning and she sorted it out so I had no problems for the rest of my stay.
