The place was great! It was clean and spacious. Lots of extra towels, kitchen spices, utensils etc... The bikes, paddle board and kayak was a great plus! Not to mention the golf cart! So much easier to navigate our beach trips. t The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and everything is close by.

Our family had a great time at Derek’s place…large roomy house with all the things needed for the beach, plus a golf cart and bikes to get around. The kitchen has all you need for meals (x2!!) and bedrooms were great for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. The property has great walking paths and the beachfront is beautiful. Enjoyed the amenities in the Village, pizza was great and other restaurants/bar were good too. Port St. Joe is a cute town with great restaurants and shops and Cape San Blas was fun to explore. The great seafood everywhere was a real treat for us from the Midwest! Our first time in this area and we are so glad we visited!!

We loved staying at this home away from home. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was loaded with everything you would need to make meals and the bathrooms were immaculate. If you are looking for a place to stay in Port St Joe this home gets a 5 star rating.

The space was great for my family of six, plus mother-in-law and sister-in-law. The mother-in-law suite was great and provided a nice space for them to retreat to. Kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs and the couch fit almost everyone. The beds were also comfortable and the ceiling fans helped with afternoon naps😉. The golf cart was a hit with the kids for riding around the neighborhood and the kayak and stand up paddle board made for entertaining days at the beach. The outdoor shower was super helpful for getting the sand off of the kids and the dog on return from the beach. They also have a big selection of games and books to read for lounging at the house. We loved the house and all the amenities and would definitely consider staying here on our next beach vacation.

Just as advertised "After Dune Delight" has everything you want in a rental home. Clean and well appointed, with everything stated in the description. A short distance to the virtually private public beach make it an ideal location. Having access to the golf cart for trips to Bruno's, the Mercatile, and taking to things down to the beach is an amenity you wont' find at many other properties and a was a huge plus. Our host Derek was quick to respond to any questions we had and I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
