I was there for a conference and I was alone so it worked out great for me. I like the ideal that it was attached to a residence for safety purposes. I worked most of the time so it was a nice set up for that purpose.

Josef’s place was definitely smaller than anticipated in terms of space, when they say it’s a private room it is exactly just that. Yes they have running water and AC that works.. The bed was indeed comfortable. The door does lock, there’s a microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom could be the downside to the place mostly. There was no curtain for the window in there, then the shower curtain itself had some stains on it, then the tub had some marks in it, we bought some slippers to wear while we showered prior to use. If you just need a place to leave your stuff during your stay and don’t plan on spending time in the room much, then this is a good spot to book.
