As an Airbnb super host myself I can without a doubt say this was the biggest disappointment I ever had using airbnb. -The locks for the gates are broken and a loud alarm set off which definitely disturbed the whole neighborhood as we arrived late at night. -Upon inspecting the remainder of the house we found the kitchen to be absolutely disgusting. There was a terrible smell and several visible stains. The kitchen cupboards and appliances are basically falling apart due to old age and zero maintenance. The fridge/freezer was not plugged in and the kitchen fan was full of grease and dust. The other furniture scattered across the house are also in a very poor condition and not at all what you would expect given the cost of the property. Bedrooms and bathrooms are ok. It also became clear during our stay there that there is a BIG problem with ants in the building, we found them everywhere. Smilevillas sent a cleaning team the following day but the bad odors still remained.

The house is direct to the sea! You have a direct private access to the sea and the view of the sea from the house is breath taking. The house is big and we had a wounded full time!

La casa es más linda que en las fotos y la ubicación es ideal. Tuvimos problemas con la entrega de la casa ya que no se encontraba limpia pero nos enviaron personal para corregir este inconveniente.

Beautiful house with a great view. Good communication with the town, in close distance shops, restaurants, beach. Very good communication with the owner.
