The villa did not live up to expectations. Unfortunately there seems to be a lack of investment, which left the unit with several areas in need of service. There was mold in most of the bathrooms, the interior/ furniture would need replacement (mattress stained badly). There are some more things that we found which just are unnecessary and could be easily fixed. Seems to be more for a party audience than a family holiday.

The villa is very spacious and perfect for large groups - families. Unfortunately there were a few issues when we arrived and during our stay which has impacted how well I can score it. There was limited to no running water for the majority of our stay - we had to use the outdoor shower mostly. It got fixed by our last day and the hosts did what they could but really this sort of thing should be checked before guests arrive who’ve paid nearly £6000. We also had issues with the cot we paid extra for, a broken kettle and dirty pool on arrival That being said, the team were responsive and sorted things when we brought them up but it all could have been avoided and made our experience much better Another thing that’s missing that should be addressed is the lack of umbrellas outside. There’s no shade from lunchtime onwards around the pool which is difficult when you’re there with kids. That being said, we had a great time and the space and location were perfect for what we needed.

As seen in the pictures, this is a beautiful big house with everything, one might need. Even with our large family, this didn-'t feel crowded. It is very nicely located in a quiet yet central part of town. We loved it there. For the booking process, please note that there is a requirement to summit your passport details for the obligatory Balearic police registration- this came as a surprise to us. On a very positive note: smilevillas was nice enough to organize a second baby chair for us. We were very grateful for that.
