I have stayed at other Air B and B in Europe and this was the best so far. Great location in the heart of downtown Barcelona and easy to access via Metro. Room was large ( even by US standards) for our adult family of 6. Highly recommend for any large family.

까사 바트요를 이웃으로 삼아 숙박한 황홀한 시간이었습니다. 특히 야간 맵핑쇼 리허설을 집에서 밥먹다가 나가서 보았네요... 오래된 가옥을 리모델링을 해서 엔티크한 실내와 더불어 숙박하는데도 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 또한 각종 집기류와 집상태가 더할 나위없이 훌륭했고, 체크인 과정도 너무 쉬웠고 친절히 응대해주셨습니다. 스페인 여행 중 여러개의 숙소를 이용하였는데 단연코 최고의 경험이었습니다.

Probably the top location you can reserve in Barcelona, right next door to Casa Battlo, on PASSEIG DE GRACIA. In the heart of the city within walking distance to pretty much everything you would want to see and explore. There is a close underground parking on Calle Valencia, 270 where we parked for a few days. Parking was right around the corner and walking with our luggage to the building was very smooth. Access to the building is very easy with supermarkets nearby. PASSEIG de GRACIA metro station is right in front of the building. We would definitely book this apartment for our next trip to Barcelona.

Superb location for our party of six. On the main shopping street of the City. Very short walking distance to La Boqueria and La Ramblas and half a block to Casa Batllo and metropolitan rail lines and a block to the subway. While it is on a busy street, the windows are well insulated. Two of us e had the front, main bedroom, we didn't really hear the street noise. However, when it is very quiet, we felt the very slight rumbling of the underground trains, though, the four adults in the second bedroom didn't hear a thing. The pictures do the interior of the apartment but not the location justice. In an old building that is well maintained. The elevator is similar to the one that Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant rode in the movie "Charade" even though that was set in Paris. Beautiful front door. Very friendly and professional manager, Santiago, who allowed us to check in early and provided an excellent briefing of the logistics of the building and the area.
