Wonderful staff. Clean linens. Apartment cleanliness relative to the price. For foreign visitors, note the AC is controlled by the building and is extremely limited. There are not individual thermostats in each apartment. The ameneties such as laundry on site, available pay to use parking garage, espresso (pay to use) and filtered cold water machine (free) were nice to have. Walls are somewhat thin, to be expected in this area.

There is very good and responsive communication with the landlord. It is really helpful that their office is located in the very building were the apartment is. It is possible to rent a garage in the building for 5 EUR per day which we did and thereby avoided the risk of damage made to the car when parked. The apartment is located in the very centre of the city, everything is in walking distance. The apartment feels big, e.g. the sleeping room and the very nice bathroom. There is an elevator in the building. On the negative: the kitchen was not fully equipped with e.g. bread knife, and not every plate or glass was clean.
