this guy sounds good and proffesional,but I think in this business we must expect the unexpected from both end,in case of emergency as management we should have a way of shifting from the policy a lil bit to fit the demands of our customer, especially in my case where I never wanted to cancel but push forward days whilst I deal with the emergency that happened 28hours before check-in, instead of insisting that I was supposed to let them know 48hours before, I felt like it was more of ignorance of the fact that this emergency happened on our way to your place, how were we gonna notify u 48hours before???I believe we are the ones who make policies,are made by pple and for the pple,but if the policy if made to make life difficult for the other part,the policy is saying cancelling to be done 48 hours before, and the same policy is silent about extending days of check-in which I wanted,never wanted to cancel, ok I am booked for 10dyz ,why not take 2 days and refund 8days since it's 48hrs

The stay at the villa was elevated by Pak who was extremely responsive and ever so helpful! The villa is conveniently situated between Seminyak & Canggu making it easy to plan for both locations. There's a brekkie place about a 2 minutes walk with a play area for kids if you are traveling as a family. I personally went to the Thai restaurant in the vicinity with a warm host and some of the best Thai food I've had here. The villa was in a private location with a nice pool where I could actually do laps. If you want to stay in the Kerobokan area, I would suggest checking out the villa

A warm welcome from 2 house takers really makes me feel at home. The house was so pristine and perfect. I do not see a single insects. All form of communication was thru an agent, named Aditya who has been very helpful, accommodating and very responsive. He will text me every now and then on my stay to make me feel comfortable. I will definitely come again with the family and recommend Hombali to everyone. Top class service rendered. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. To Aditya, all the best to your future endeavour. Let’s keep in touch and we would like to see you again in our next visit to Bali! 🤗

Séjour parfait, la maison est super ! le manager est à votre service pour toute demande. Il nous a organisé la location de scooter, massage, cours de cuisine etc... Le seul petit point négatif : nous avons été réveillé par des travaux le premier matin mais après le manager a parlé avec les ouvriers et nous n'avons plus eu aucun bruit.

The villa was beautiful! Our host was also so friendly and helpful, every step of the way! We were so happy with the location, cleanliness, amenities and friendliness!
