Hey, I want to mention that I'm not criticizing the host, but I'm really dissatisfied with the services provided by the house owner. We paid for our cleaning services too, right? As soon as we entered the house, we noticed it was dusty, with little anthills behind the gate and lines of ants in the bedroom. To avoid causing a scene, we ended up sweeping the house ourselves. The bed sheets were incredibly dusty too. We had to call the host, who told us to contact the owner. But when we spoke to her, she asked us to wash the bedsheets because she's out of town. It was disappointing. We requested a refund for the cleaning service, and she promised to reimburse us, but we're still waiting. Can you please remind the Airbnb host and owner to check the house before renting it out? We're not staying for free, and we came here for an event, not to clean. Thanks.
