Place was exactly like the photos . Quinn was quick to respond and very helpful . I couldn’t find a fishing pole rental place and messaged Quinn . She had one at the door the next morning !

The place was very nice and quiet, the view from the balcony was beautiful. Quinn was very helpful and made the stay very relaxing.

Great unit to stay, very roomy, big balcony where you see sunset . Everything is around: pool, 2 restaurants, beach, tennis, basketball courts. Internet is slow everywhere, don’t rely on your cellphone , print everything at home for easy finding unit and door code. Unit does not have folding beach chairs, this is a minus, since at beach you have to pay $10 per day. No beach towels are provided, bring your own. Kitchen supply is very limited, only bowls and small plates, pot and pan, utensils. But it has everything needed for not complicated cooking. Anyway it is a nice place to stay,

My stay and visit was nice. However, I made some recommendations/ suggestions to the condo owner which would've made it more enjoyable for me and perhaps future guests. 1. Bathroom could've been cleaner. Dirty toilet :( 2. Condo smelled like it needed to be aired out. Air fresheners would be an easy fix. 3. Coffee machine looked like it had not been cleaned- ever. A Keurig type coffee machine would be an easy fix. The building and landscaping were nice and the outside hallway was spotless. Bed was comfortable and clean :) Communication was decent and appreciated. The main pool was also very nice. Also, I was surprised that the restaurants at Little Harbor did not offer breakfast. I guess not enough interest from the locals? I would stay there again.
