Very nice location, and cute little getaway on the beach! We enjoyed our stay and Jayne was a great host! The only downside for us is the lack of privacy on the balcony. There are only half walls with neighbor balconies on each side. Overall still 5 stars!

Jayne’s place was great. Our two favorites were the balcony view and the bed! The room was also stocked with everything we needed and more. Just a few comments about the building: security was very attentive and on spot…we were questioned as soon as we arrived around 10pm which is a good thing! No fault of Jayne’s but the hallways really need to be re-done…carpets need to be badly replaced as walking to the unit really gives you a bad feeling about the place overall. Luckily, once inside the unit, we felt much better. Some rust in the tub area around curtain hooks and corner rack could use some work soon. Had a little trouble working the electronic key pad when we arrived but Jayne responded quickly and once we figured out what to do, the rest of the entries were perfect. Beware of the footboard post as it got me in the thigh several times walking by! If you are looking for a simple place for a couples getaway with a perfect oceanfront view, this is a great place!

Perfect location with an amazing view! Right on the beach and within walking distance for shopping and dining. The bed is so comfortable too! Will book again when we return for vacation!

Absolutely beautiful Daytona location! Everything was exactly as advertised. We were an easy walkable mile to main street. Jayne went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Even though the pool and beach access were damaged in a hurricane, Jayne provided another pool for us to use. There is also public beach access immediately adjacent to the location, so it made it incredibly easy to access the beach. They were working on the seawall while we were there, so hopefully the new pool will be done soon! There was also underground parking for motocycles during bike week which was invaluable. We can't wait to come back!
