Even though I checked in after dark, the first thing I noticed was how quiet the location was which I really appreciated after traveling all day and that continued into the next day. Parking was smooth, the unit was easy to find, and it immediately felt homely walking in the door. My daughter enjoyed the 2 stuffed sea animals on the bed, cute little touch. The lovely view from the balcony was a huge plus, too. Duane was quick to reply and able to accommodate a later checkout which was a tremendous help after all of the traveling. The only downsides were outlets not being in the most convenient places and although I did not use the shower, my mom said to be mindful of it being noticeably slippery. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend and stay again!

What a wonderful place to stay! Super clean, cozy and bright. The patio was a perfect spot to watch sunrises! The beach was easy to access and beautiful.

Duane’s place was just as he described. It had everything I needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the natural area was such a cool surprise! I saw the biggest turtle feeding! The place was super clean, comfortable, and secure. Thank you Duane!

Our stay was great. The condo was exactly as described. Duane was quick to respond to my questions. The condo was in a great location, beautiful view right on the beach and close proximity to Old Town St Augustine. This vacation was just what we needed. We would highly recommend staying here!
