My family and I had a wonderful stay at Janice's place! It was so peaceful, private, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for an extended stay here. Had beautiful walks by the lake in the evening and the BBQ was great to cook our dinners. Janice and Jon were super responsive to any questions we asked or anything we needed during our stay. We would definitely return in the future!

Beans Beach House had everything that we needed. If you have allergies it may not be the place for you. There was quite a bit of pet hair around the place and covering the couch. It is also very open as there's some missing window coverings in the kitchen area which allows the neighbors to look straight in. It's on a pretty quiet street. Janice was quite responsive.

The cottage was cute and in a quiet neighborhood by the water. Everything was clean and well stocked.

Janice was completely welcoming and kind. The home is beautifully situated and has everything you need and also so tastefully decorated! Loved the backyard too!
