We have designed and built over 40 Villas in Phuket so we like to think that we know how a Villa should be to make a great holiday experience. Renting and managing Villas is now our main job, so if you have any problem with your rented Villa, we will be there at your service. We are happy to spend time helping out our guests who needs help with planning the vacation and tips on where to go, booking trips, taxis, guided tours, renting cars or motorbikes etc. We have expert staff who knows where to get the best tours and vehicle rentals and they will help you arrange everything from the day you book your Villa. Every Villa has it's own private pool, and each Villa is walled for privacy. All Villas are equipped for living, so there should not be anything you need to specially request for. We have Baby cot's and baby chairs that we will bring to the guests in need of that. If there is something else you need that is missing, we will do our best to provide it for you. You can find all our rental properties by clicking on our profile picture. Frequently Asked Questions, and problems we have learned by experience how to avoid: 1. How to get to the Villa? Our guests usually arrive at Phuket airport and prefers to grab a meter taxi by them selves. This is all ok, but what our guests normally do not understand is that addresses in Thailand and Phuket are almost impossible to use as a way of getting the taxi driver to find the place. We have Villas in different locations and as we meet our guests at the Villa we don't need a front desk. We are happy to explain over the phone to the taxi driver how to find the Villa you have rented, unless it is at 4am. So to make things easy we always offer to send a taxi to pick you up at the airport and bring you to the Villa. The driver will know exactly where you stay and how to get there. We have a lot of taxi orders every day as we have many guests so our guests get the taxi cheaper through us than if you order it at the airport. It is just to make everything easier for everyone. 2. Renting a Car or a Motorbike. We have experienced that many guests want to wait until they get here, and see for themselves where to rent what and for how much. In recent years we have had many guests not being able to find a car for rent during Peak Season, as everything is gone. If you are arriving on Peak Season, please let us help you book a car or bikes before you come. Our Villas are not on a deserted island, but so far all of our guests have decided to rent a car or bikes as it is too far and too hot to walk to the beach or shopping centers. 3. Why is electricity charged extra for, and not included in our Airbnb fee? We are charging extra for electricity according to our guests usage, because we feel that is the most honest thing to do. We have guests starting up all air conditioners in the Villa as soon as they arrive, and close them when they leave after the vacation and some not using them at all. Electricity is very expensive in Thailand, and many of our guests from outside Asia are not aware of how much an air-conditioner uses power. So a guest keeping the air-conditioners on day and night, with doors and windows open can burn a lot of electricity during their stay, while only using air-conditioners when needed will get the electricity costs down very low. So we decided not to add maximum electricity usage on the price for everyone, but instead charge for electricity on check out, for the exact amount you have used. 4. Can you organise a chef to make breakfast? We have got a couple of requests for this. The Villas are fully equipped for making any kind of meal on your own. As we don’t have a restaurant on the premises, we have found it difficult to find someone fromt he outside who would come and cook breakfast or dinner in one Villa for a competitive price. We can arrange it, but it will be a bit mor expensive than eating at a restaurant. We would almost recommend that we send catering with the food you would like to the Villa. The cost will be lower.
