Overall, this is a good Airbnb. Staff fixed the Internet in 15 minutes. Our unit happened to have an incredible view and was clean, stylish, and modern with good AC. The pool was, and had lounge seating. We were charged for each pool towel there are charges to use the laundry machine (access and detergent) Parking was good but tight. Our stay was marked by an unfortunate safety incident in our unit as a result of a professional service through the Airbnb, but apparently provided by a third-party company. When we notified the hosts of the issue, they expressed concern, and were cooperative with authorities, which was greatly appreciated. One guest is still waiting for a refund for the service, which the host offered. Host explicitly, stated that they would not work with this person from the third-party company again, which is reassuring. I imagine this negative event is isolated. With that being said, we felt it’s important to share this honest review for the Airbnb community

As vistas são de tirar o fôlego. O serviço e a comunicação são falhos. Cada item que vc precisa, seja lavanderia, seja um sabão, é cobrado à parte. Uma das pessoas que atende é grosseira.

Mir und meiner Familie (Ehepaar plus 1 Kleinkind 4 Jahre) hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön. Wir hatten eines der großen Apartment mit bis zu 6 Personen gebucht, da wir 2 vollwertige Schlafzimmer wünschten. Das hat super geklappt und war für uns super. Aus dem Apartment E1 hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Ich wünschte mir in dieser Preiskategorie eine üppigere Ausstattung mit Gläsern, Besteck und Geschirr. Das machte doch einen sehr abgezählten Eindruck und wird der sonst so tollen und modernen Unterkunft in alten Mauern nicht gerecht. So mussten wir nach jedem Essen die Spülmaschine starten. Aber das ist mein persönliches Empfinden als Gast gewesen mit Kind kocht man doch mehr. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Poolhandtücher preiswert und schön groß. Die Tiefgaragen sind perfekt, damit man in seine Ausflug mit einem „kühlen“ Fahrzeug starten kann. Ich würde mir Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wünschen, das ist aber klagen auf hohem Niveau. Macht weiter so!
