Overall a positive experience. A little disappointed to learn that the hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace pictured were no allowed to be used as those were major reasons this location was chosen. I was unaware this was a permanent residence, so there were things like limited closet and fridge space, but that's just my preference, and that's a little on me for not realizing. There are cameras inside the residence which was off-putting, and again on me for not catching in the listing. Most everything is very well maintained and it's clear a lot of work and love go into the residence. The garden was lovely, the beds very comfortable, and the host is very responsive.

The whole situation is bizarre. First of all, it’s her house. I didn’t know this ahead of time, but it very much feels like you are borrow a house that someone currently lives in and that’s bc you are. There are like 5 pages of rules which are all crazy; for example she can come and go anytime she wants. Also there are cameras in the house. She uses these cameras. She texted me 5 times in a row at 10pm asking me to go turn a light off that we were still using. Insane. Look at my profile; I have stayed in airbnbs all over the world for 8 years now. Legit have never left anything other than a 5 star review and have never received anything but one. This was both deceptive and not worth the money. That being said the house is nice, and if you don’t mind crazy intrusive rules and people watching you like it’s a reality show, then this place would be fine. If you expect to be left alone when you click a listing that says entire house and costs $500 in an area where hotels are $150, then take my advice and go elsewhere.

Nichole made a horrible weekend a wonderful one! We had a mishap with our hotel and needed a place to stay. We got a hold of her last minute, like 2 hours away. She went out of her way to make sure the house was ready for us at such short notice and was beyond helpful with everything. The house is amazing! The gardens, and hammocks were so relaxing and the views breath taking! The house was so welcoming, private,clean,and stocked! You wont regret staying here! We cant thank Nichole enough for sharing her beautiful home with us.

Beautiful home, everything you need to feel at home. The property has areas to just sit and relax. The bird feeders around the deck make for a peaceful time to just sit and enjoy nature. The owner has put in a lot of time and dedication to ensure you have an enjoyable place to just sit and enjoy nature and your friends/family. Not to mention it sits of the road a bit so the beautiful night sky is awesome to view from the deck. If you want to unwind and just do “ nothing “ but float in the pool and watch the clouds and life pass you by, this I your place. We spent a girls w/e there and had a beautiful time together.
