We love our stop in Fletcher Place! It is a treat we only wish we could stay longer than just one night. We stay twice a year on our cross country trips and hope to continue to do so every year !

We loved our stay here- great neighborhood and completely walkable to everything we wanted downtown and more. Great coffee and restaurants nearby and we thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was spotless, had everything you could need and thoughtful touches like high quality soaps, snacks, and coffee. The hosts could not have been nicer, either! Great recommendations and were incredibly responsive. We would absolutely stay again!

I recently stayed at Amanda and Jason’s Airbnb in a fantastic walkable location and it was an absolute delight. Not only was the Airbnb well-maintained and comfortable, but it was also conveniently located near a dog park brewery that my furry friend absolutely loved. The hosts of the Airbnb were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They provided us with helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and even had a welcome basket waiting for us with treats for both us and our dog. The location itself was perfect. We were able to explore the neighborhood on foot and easily access restaurants, shops, and other amenities. Being able to take our dog for long walks in the neighborhood was a joy. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was top-notch. The combination of a walkable location, dog-friendly amenities, and outstanding hosts made it a memorable stay. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.

I am autistic and sometimes when I stay in airbnbs I don’t read the social aspects of it well. Amanda was awesome at creating that perfect balance between accessible host and leaving you to your privacy. In fact we chatted a bit through the app but I really only spoke with her husband in person (he saved a bird in their backyard while I watched; I think he’s a Disney princess??). The space is large and so bright and airy, set back from the street so outside noise is negligible at best. The neighborhood is historic and walkable. The yard is SO BIG and eating a meal at the picnic table is a must. The porch was made for drinking hot tea and people watching. The kitchen and bathroom amenities are way better than a fancy hotel (go off, Amanda!), and the cleanliness was next level. Great use of space, loved the endless light sources, and the mid-century touches really just gave this listing a true sense of style. I genuinely kept imagining myself living here, can’t wait to come back!!
