What makes Samos and specifically Kokkari so special is the embrace of the sea and the mountains above! A canvas made of green and blue that brings a colorful and atmospheric environment into being! Situated right at the spot where the fringes of Karvounis mountain and Kokkari Long Beach are met, our spacious beachfront panoramic loft undoubtedly offers a unique lodging experience that you will certainly remember! With a size of 55 square metres and a traditional wooden ceiling, what mainly makes you feel the comfort of this place is the sunlight that embraces the rooms all day long. The inner space is separated in two main rooms – a living room and a bedroom. The living room includes two super comfortable couches that can be also used for a proper sleep, a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast/dining table. The bedroom is very spacious, including a master double bed and a big wardrobe. The bathroom finally is also spacious and comfortable, comprising an often necessary laundry. A/C, Wi-Fi, and TV are also included in our amenities. Upon request, a portable single bed or a baby cot can be inserted in the apartment. Do not neglect to spend quiet and private evenings at one of our two terraces – on the front side overlooking Kokkari Long Beach or on the back side looking at Karvounis mountain. It is special and idyllic! Above all, our family will work hard to serve your needs and make you feel like home!

En virkelig dejlig ferie! Nikos var fra første besked over AirB&B super enlig og god til hurtigt og effektivt vende tilbage med relevante og meget hjælpsomme informationer. Lejligheden lå fint med udsigt til både bjerg og hav. Selv om det var i slutningen af oktober brugte vi begge altaner både morgen og aften. Nikos og hans familie er virkelig venlige mennesker som arrangerede fleksible og gode forslag til både afhentning og aflevering af vores lejede bil, som vi lejede hos dem i deres udlejnings firma i Kokkari. Vi kom med færge til Samos by der ligger ca 15 min kørsel fra Kokkari og bilen stod klar til os og vi kunne også parkere den samme sted da vi skulle afsted midt om natten i slutningen af ugen. Da vi netop skulle rejse sent om natten hjalp Nikos os med at vi havde mulighed for at blive i lejligheden til vi skulle afsted, hvilket var en meget stor hjælp for os. Super dejligt og hyggeligt sted med meget venlige og hjælpsomme mennesker!
Nikos ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wegen dem nicht funktionierendem Ventilator im Bad erkundigt und nach zwei Tagen hatten wir einen neuen der tadellos funktioniert. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die zwei Balkone auf beide Seiten sind sehr angenehm. Leider ist die eine Strasse ziemlich stark befahren und dadurch auch laut. Das Schlafzimmer geht zum Glück auf die andere Seite. Wir haben bei Nikos auch ein Auto gemietet. Das war sehr unkompliziert und hat wunderbar geklappt - das Auto stand am Flughafen und wir konnten es vor dem Abflug wieder dort zurücklassen.
Nikos his place is really nice and gives you all the best from Kokkari. While it is at the very end of Kokkari, the strip and walk towards the centre is great. The apartment itself has a renovated bathroom, all equiped kitchen, two balconies, a living room and a separate bedroom. The sea side was quite windy during our stay but the sun gave us enough warmth to stay out on the balcony, besides sun there is always a tiny bit of shadow if you don’t like the sun. Recommend hiring his place!
Een mooi en ruim appartement met 2 balkons op een top locatie in Kokkari. 10 meter lopen voor een duik in de zee en 10 minuten lopen voor een heerlijk strandje genaamd Lemonakia beach (waar je mooi kunt snorkelen). Wat ook erg fijn was is dat het appartement, beddengoed en handdoeken verschillende keren werden verschoond. Het appartement was ook erg netjes en schoon bij aankomst. Verder verliep het contact met Nikos voorafgaand en tijdens ons verblijf perfect. Kortom, een echte aanrader!
We were very warmly welcomed by Nicos father Savvas. The apartment is on the quiet end of the wonderful Kokkari Beach, where you can find a lot of Bars/Restaurants. The apartment has a new bathroom, 2 big balconies where we loved to sit in the evenings, and also a big kitchen. The washing machine was working fine. Nicos was always available in case we had any questions. We really had a wonderful stay in Kokkari and can warmly recommend Nicos apartmen.

The magical and picturesque Kokkari consists of a vibrant centre with tiny traditional alleys. However, the coast line full of bars and restaurants, the multiple surrounding beaches with crystal clear waters and the high green mountains that embrace the village are those that make Kokkari so special. Our neighborhood is the spot where all these are met. We are located at the beginning of Kokkari Long Beach, at the fringes of Karvounis mountain where all the main hiking paths start and at a walking distance from Lemonakia and Tsamadou, the worldwide famous surrounding beaches of Kokkari.
Enjoying your morning breakfast or your evening glass of wine at our terraces observing and experiencing this idyllic environment, you will certainly create memories that will last long!
And that place is 600m away from the very centre and 100m away from multiple shops, mini markets, bakeries, bars and restaurants which are located at Kokkari Long Beach. Undoubtedly a convenient spot with all you need in walking distance!
