The apartment is located in the very center of the city, steps away from Palma street. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and tourist sites within walking distance. - Parking included. - Breakfast included. It is a two bedroom apartment. With kitchen, living-dining room, laundry area and also a nice balcony overlooking the Plaza Uruguaya. The building has elevators.

the apartment is good located but ithe host it doesn't care about details. the kitchen was dirty. the toilet was not working and the air conditioner wasn't working. long time waiting for get into the apartment because the security didn't know about the reservation.

前に泊まった友人も教えてくれたが洗濯機を使うと水が漏れてきてしまい、直してくれると約束してくれたのでまたいつか泊まりに行きたいです。

Had a great stay at Analia's. Everything was as described, Analia was super helpful and flexible with check-in. The wifi was terrific. The view from the balcony is amazing and a terrific place to hang out. Would definitely stay again if I wanted a prime location in the historic center of Asuncion.

The building is located in the very center of the city, so there are plenty of shopping options in the surrounding area. Barrio Catedral is part of the old part of the city of Asunción. The entire historic center is within walking distance. There is also easy access to bus lines that go to all parts of the city. If you like to go jogging, the Costanera is usually a good option that is quite close.
