Lisa’s place was clean and well stocked. The shared main access leads to two doors. One going up to the Airbnb and the other going down to the tenants basement apartment. The backyard was a mess but the deck was nice and equipped with a bbq. Quiet neighbourhood and ample off road parking. The kitchen is at the back of the house away from the main living/dining area and the bathroom showed signs of water damage and cover up caulking and paint. The living room is cozy with a nice TV. The beds were very comfortable.

Lovely neighborhood. The little grocery store she mentions is well-stocked with anything you might need! House was very comfy and had everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place - completely equipped kitchen, nice new sundeck and new heat pump that kept us cool & comfortable. The three bedrooms were all clean and spacious. Easy walking distance to old Charlottetown, parks and the harbour in a quiet neighbourhood. We had a very enjoyable stay!

We booked this at the last minute and it was exactly what we were looking for. It was a clean and quiet place, walking distance from downtown and Lisa provided a basket of resources of things to do on the island. The resources made our planning of what to do with limited time, a wonderful holiday and the location was central to everything. We would stay here again!
