After arriving at our booked apartment, we found that it was still occupied or just recently vacated without cleaning and restocking. The agent managing the property was very helpful and provided us with another apartment in the same building. However, this too was also not cleaned and we had to wait while cleaners attended, which was not a major issue, but inconvenient. The property manager was great during this process and very good communicating with us. The properties in the block seem to have faulty wiring and the electricity was cut off twice during our stay two night stay. The property agent actually has a guide on how to turn the power mains back on if the power gets cut off. Other than that, the property functioned okay and we enjoyed the local beach and surrounding areas. Be sure to check the pool season dates as we missed out by 3 days which was disappointing, especially for our children. This info was not in the listing, so send a message to the agent before you book.
