Schallstadt is 8 km away from the City Center of Freiburg. You can get easily to Freiburg in a few minutes by train, bus or car. Fields, forest and vineyards invite for hiking or biking. Some restaurants and super market as well as bakery and butcher and doctors are avaialble. The flat is 40 qm big. It is a 1-room flat with a bed (140*200), a couch, a table and chairs. A balcony is there as well. SMOKING and PETS are NOT ALLOWED. Bookings of 1 month or more get a disocunt of 10%. The flat is in a house with 3 more flats with permanent residents. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Der Batzenberg mit Weinanbau in direkter Nähe. Sonja ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich darum kümmert,dass der Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich ist.
