LOCATION is peaceful and secure. Family environment and fast service with accuracy. Cleanliness is proper maintained by watchman and haisam always there to help out with every need or requirements. Nearly seaview and famous food chain to have chill with family. CCTV monitoring and car parking is well managed.

Be careful booking flat with this listing. Outside- shady area Not recommended for family at all On the day of checkin, there was a watch man showed me one flat which was so dirty and different. I said to watchman i did not booked this. He said this is what i have to offer you. I called owner and he was keep cancelling my call. Watchman realised i am not ready to take this dirty flat, he instantly called owner and he told watchman to offer him other flat. It was on 3rd floor and again not the same flat booked and dirty. I texted owner you are giving me wrong place, it is not what i booked. He texted back that i had some problem with electricity in that flat so i am giving you replacement. He was keep insisting me to keep this flat. I was keep texting him that i dont want this at all. It is not what i booked. I checked in property at 8.30pm, when actual time to check in was after 11am. Pwner had 9 hours to communicate with me if there was any problem with the flat. Owner keep giving me excuses that due to rain i had this issue when on same building there was complete electricity and one i booked he said there is problem. I texted to owner that i am leaving property as i cannot even stay in that dirty place for a minute. I left the property and i informed the owner. He called me back offering me to provide bank details to refund. I went straight to Airbnb to resilve this matter and they professionaly compensate me. I had all this inconvenience late night in that shady area. My recommendation to all. Avoid to go there with family and outside area is very shady. Listing is not accurate and pictures does not resembles the place.

The apt is located in a very shady location with lots of construction happening around. All the rooms had a very pungent smell which was super overpowering as soon as you entered the main living room. To Hiasam's credit, he acknowledged all these challenges - albeit after I flagged them. This was after I had spent a lot of time going back and forth. This is def not a place for a family or anyone with women/children.

My second time I booked an apartment from Haisam. He's a very responsive and helpful host, the apartments are cozy and to a very fair price. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and near the beach
