I had a wonderful stay in this very cozy apartment with all of the amenities and a very responsive host. It was private. I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Parking was a little difficult, but you always find somewhere to park even if it’s on the next block over. Short walk was okay. The neighborhood was safe. Would absolutely recommend.

Overall great stay, Moises was very responsive when it came to any minor questions/concerns. The place was clean and very comfortable to stay in. My partner and I felt right at home to enjoy our month stay in this California place! The neighborhood can be a little noisy at most times, but it’s not bothersome if you’re used to it. The street parking works out on a time schedule throughout the block, hard to find at later hours but there is an alleyway usually available to park; it’s tight, but works great for a small suv or any other smaller vehicle. Again, it was a lovely stay. Thanks for being a great host and having us!

Moises is very friendly and helpful. The house is a wonderful place to stay. I enjoyed my time here and highly recommend Moises and his cozy house to future guests.

Great place to stay, whether it’s short or long term, thanks to the privacy and plenty of amenities that Moises provides - comfortable bed, AC, laundry machines, fridge and mini kitchen, etc. Pretty close to USC campus, and easy to take the bus around. Moises was very friendly and always responsive, I felt very welcome and at home here.

Nice stay at Moises! My second stay there. Nice hideaway in the back with some lovely outside space to enjoy. Everything you need. Nice neighbors with rose garden and a lady that sales clothing out of her yard a few houses down. Parking is difficult during the evenings and street cleaning days. I sometimes found parking a street away and could cut through an alley that made it not so far. I have a roller cart for groceries and stuff that came in handy and they sale them at the grocery store up the street. Hot shower, comfortable big bed. I got a new student membership for a week at Crenshaw Dance and Yoga that was $30 for a week of classes that’s not too far. Overall good spot with everything you need.
