Beautiful home. We loved it. Quiet and peaceful. Master and bathroom were amazing. The kitchen was fabulous. Sat on back porch often drink my coffee. Patio furniture needs updated but didn’t affect my peace and serenity of the porch sitting. We did over look no TVs in bedrooms. Only one tv in main area if you bring guest or children stay up. Loved it was gated. Very private place. Met few neighbors lived there very helpful. Host were very responsive. Give it a 5 over and over. We will book it again.

I’m so happy we chose to stay here for the weekend! My family all talked about how much we would love to live in a home with that layout and size. Communication was great and accommodated our scheduling change which was greatly appreciated!

This space was so spacious. It was perfect for our family and guests. Everything was pristine and in working order. The balcony was private and beautiful. The kitchen was fully functional for cooking a big dinner for the family. Washer and dryer was great for laundry before packing back up. Master bathroom was huge with great water pressure. Beds were comfy and clean. Tv was easy to use and Wi-Fi worked well. Pool was also easy to access and very well kept. Elevator and luggage cart was very convenient. Neighborhood peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. It was very comfortable and perfect for 2 couples with well separated bedrooms and attached bathrooms. The condo was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well stocked except for a few items that weren't deal breakers. The location was excellent - convenient to St Simons and neighboring areas where we went for bird watching - Jekyll, Brunswick and Darien. We were surprised to have to complete a multipage contract before arrival but assumed this because of management of the condo building and the fact that the rental is managed by a third party company. We experienced one significant problem. After arriving late and exhausted after a day's travel, we couldn't figure out access to the condo building. We called the phone number provided in the instructions but no one answered or called us back. We finally figured out where to park and how to access the condo. the instructions provided could have been more explicit.

We are now on our way home from a five day vacation in St Simons and our stay at the Villa, and we really enjoyed the apartment provided. The company that hosts the rental was very communicative. I think the location and size is very good—the condo is a newer build and it has a lot of nice finishings and comfortable furniture. There are a few things that I would recommend to either the owner and/or the listing, like a bit more specifications regarding the amenities provided i.e. there is a Keurig, or which appliances in the kitchen are provided, (I didn’t realize a crockpot was there until after we brought our groceries.) I would also recommend a fluffier blanket on the master bed, at least in the cooler months. One other thing to think of, is that it is nicely decorated, but there are very big lambs and a gas stove so we had to be on our feet at all times since we have two toddlers. Overall, very nice!
