A well maintained two story apartment with a quiet master bedroom, twin second bedroom and a sofa bed. Almost opposite the Baia restaurant it nevertheless has reasonable views of the ocean across the road to the north and south. An easy walk into Speightstown and the supermarkets. Well equipped kitchen we loved it.

Fabulous location right opposite Speightstown beach. We also liked Heywoods beach for snorkelling - just a few minutes drive up the coast. No issues at all with mosquitos as had been mentioned in other reviews.

Thilo is a communicative, accommodating and understanding host. Having spent 2 nights in Coral Sands which had an unusual amount of mosquitoes, Thilo moved us upstairs to Carib Edge free of charge for the remaining 5 nights. The higher apartment and the presence of nets on every window meant the mosquito issue was confined to the apartment below. Each property was well equipped and clean but I would say Carib Edge is a brighter space and has a newer/cleaner feel. We found the property manager, Sonija, to be rather rude and is not a reflection of the property host.

I had a wonderful stay here. The place was very clean and Sonjia made sure we had everything we needed! It was very clean and well stocked with everything you may need. Steps to a perfect beach and the restaurant across the street offers beautiful IG worthy beachfront dining! I felt very safe and and the AC worked VERY well in the bedrooms. Lots of food options a very short walk away. I will certainly stay here again!

The location of Coral Sands is perfect for a holiday in the lovely town of Speightstown. It's straight opposite a quiet beach and a short stroll to the shops and restaurants. You won't need a car unless you want to explore further afield.
