This "executive suite" is clearly in need of desperate renovation, which appears is underway. We literally had a giant yellow dumpster directly outside our room. When we arrived, another 2 guests were standing out front of reception waiting as there was no one there to let us in. We tried calling the phone number on the window but it was disconnected. 20 mins later a cleaner happened to turn up, not to let us in, just to clean. They told us the hosts were actually in Melbourne and she needed to call them. Eventually we were told the keys were under the doormat.. yet no one told us this or which room we had . The book in the room said WIFI was by voucher from the reception.. When I messaged the host they told us the passwords were actually on the room key, but the WIFI was not working anyway. Given we were there for work, this was a huge problem. Strong sense they hadnt paid their bill. Room was clean but smelled like a nursing home. Definitely the worst Airbnb I have had.
