Carly offers an amazing space for vacation or a night away. The house is decorated beautifully with lots of charm. This is the place to go if you want to kick back and read a book, walk to the beach, take a swim or drive a short way for plenty of stuff to do.

My husband and I took a mini vacay, to Cocoa Beach. Cocoa Boho was absolutely what we look for in a place to stay. Beautiful, serene, lots of amenities(that sauna snd rooftop deck😍) snd close to the beach. You can literally walk across the street to Cocoa Beach without fear of traffic. Their location was a 1-1/4 mile to the touristy spots like Ron Jon Surf Shop and plenty of great places to eat but far enough away to not have any of the noise. Cocoa Boho is a true Shangri-la. We left fully relaxed and recharged. Thank you Carly, for being our host:)

My only complaint is that we COULDN'T STAY LONGER!!!! This home was everything we needed for our super fast weekend getaway. The rooftop deck was PERFECT and we walked to beach with ease. The space was adorably decorated and super clean (it smelt so good!) Carly was an absolutely amazing host - she clearly has a knack for making sure her guests are well taken care of! And even though the outdoor spaces are "shared" everything still felt very private. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. We hope to be back soon!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Cocoa Boho. Carly & Lee are excellent hosts. They have everything that you could possibly want to make your time there special. They designed the home so well & very comfortable. They clearly have great taste in design & decor. We loved being able to see the ocean & river from the rooftop, as well as sunrises & sunsets. Whenever we return to Cocoa Beach, the Cocoa Boho is our place to be. I highly recommend that you experience this beautiful retreat for yourself. 😃👍

It was perfect for our young family. We loved the location, close to the beach & restaurants! The place was clean and super cute! We'd rent again for sure!
