The kitchen, lounge and bedroom space were okay, bed comfortable, and there's a smart TV. The bathroom was not good, with paint flaking off the walls, shower head very low, and even though there is a small glass door separating the shower, the water splashes all over the floor as there's no rubber seal at the bottom, living a good gap. The taps made a loud sound every time we opened it and there was a very loud noise from the shower pipes (I think) that kept going for a very long time afterwards, and the bathroom door handle was quite lose, so we just did not close the door to avoid it coming off completely. There is mold all along the bedroom walls which for us is a health and safety concern. The place indeed smells of tobacco. The location is great and the host very friendly and responsive, however the place needs proper maintenance and some real love, as per all the previous reviews, to make it a pleasant stay.

Appartement qui ne correspondait pas aux attentes ainsi qu’aux avis laissés. Il est au sein d’un immeuble plutôt vieux. Les murs de la salle de bain sont complètement à refaire car ils s’effritent, notamment dans la douche. Pas de chauffage donc il fait très froid. Très bruyant. Odeur constante de tabac froid. Mais très bon emplacement tout est accessible en 5 à 10 minutes

Die Lage bei Mouille Point ist sehr gut, das Gebäude auch gut und sicher. Studio ist relativ groß und hell. Aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig! Nicht nur die Küche, der Fußboden und die Möbel, sondern insbesondere die Armaturen und die ganze Ausstattung. Ich war 21 Tage in der Wohnung. Hatte Samstag nachts einen Wasserschaden, der Wasserhahn brach ab, heulendes Geräusch und permanent laufendes Wasser, keine Notfallnummer erreichbar, zwei Tage kein warmes Wasser bis Reparatur. Wassermaschine lief aus, keine Reparatur durch Koos. Jalousieband riss ab, nur notdürftig geklebt. Das Türschloss ging kaputt, so dass ich trotz Schlüssel ausgesperrt war. Es war ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl, ständig zu fürchten, beim Gebrauch eines Gegenstandes das nächste Problem zu erleiden. Es hat mir die eigentlich schöne Wohnung verleidet. Die Wohnung muss vollständig renoviert werden und ist in diesem Zustand das Geld nicht wert. Leider nicht zu empfehlen!
