Well equipped house in good shape. Not recently refurbished but in good condition. Great sea views. There is currently an ongoing construction of a couple of villas next door. The contractors seemed to stop working in the afternoon. We spent most days on beaches anyway so didn’t bother us. The road from the main road to the house is gravel and in poor condition so recommend a 4x4. One of the islands best beaches Darkwood beach is minutes away.

What an unbelievable stay. Gorgeous, well-equipped facility with an indescribable view. It was impeccably maintained and incredibly well-stocked with all necessary kitchen items and water and basic staples, spices, coffee filters etc. Howard and his team were Immediately responsive for all of our needs, arranging transportation, rental car, excursions and immediately replacing a coffee pot that failed among all of our other concerns. We had a mid-stay housekeeping service and while there the pool was serviced and the grounds were manicured. This was the best equipped and supplied air bnb we have ever used and all of our contacts were immediately available, courteous, professional and so very friendly. I cannot say enough great things about Calabash and Howard and his team.

The home is very nice and very spacious. My family and I had a great time. Everything works, and is easy to turn on and off. The property managers where very helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely rent again in the future with Howard.

We had the most amazing week in Antigua which was definitely a reflection of Calabash and the communication from Howard in advance of our stay and Jenny, the villa manager, who was always available and helpful throughout the week. Jenny was amazing, always responsive, so helpful and we really were made to feel that Calabash was our home away from home. A day before our arrival, Hurricane Tammy decided to make an appearance and the communication with Jenny as to what was happening was really great. We arrived to lots of rain, but Chef Chicken was there already cooking our dinner and there was so much food, we kept eating it for days afterwards! Howard arranged the car hire in advance as well as the best day of our holiday - an extended days charter on Jabberwocky! All in all, Howard and Jenny really did make sure we had the best time possible during our week in Antigua. Calabash is also close to the best beaches in Antigua. Absolutely perfect!
