Nice place to stay . Very clean and surprisingly quiet for apartments complex. The side gate was a plus to exit the gated property and quickly be at the supermarket next doors. Lots of activity to do at the property and our puppy dog was very happy to see the dog park located right behind our building. Host was very understanding after I ask to extend the dates one more day , due to my sleep deprived boo-boo when booking late at night and messed up my departure date. Thank you for allowing my family to stay at your property and I look forward to staying again if we are ever in the area again.

I was in town for a concert at NRG and had a great time staying here. The location was perfect and close enough for me to be able to walk back from concert. There is also so many other places close by that made location super convenient such as the Kroger right next door. Parking was very easy and the unit itself was as described on the page. On top of that Sunny was also an amazing and friendly host. They provided detailed and clear instructions before I arrived that I really appreciated. Sunny was also super responsive to all my questions throughout my stay and helped coordinate with maintenance to very quickly resolve an issue that came up with the A/C. Overall I’d highly recommend this unit for 1-2 people in town for the concert or even just visiting Houston since location was great. I’d definitely look to come back or stay at any of Sunny’s other listings since they were such a great host.

exhaust fan didn't work floor drain cover loose trip and lacerations possibly no top sheet for sleep sofa did not know I needed a app for gate difficult to connect app no one ever picked up trash. however dumpster was close by some clothes dryer didn't work and not marked. some clothes dryer lint screen could not be removed a fire Hazzard

Great place to stay if need to be near med center or NRG. Sunny is a great host! Had a slight hiccup during the stay but Sunny stayed in contact with me through out it all. Cute apt!
