Great place to take the family. Has all you would need for a beach day with the kids. Even had new boogie boards to play with along with the sand toys. Place was just like the pictures, and an easy walk to the beach. Even better was the safe place to park the cars and not worry about finding a spot since parking seems to be at a premium around there. Very comfy beds and home. If I was going to say anything against… IF you happen to be a light sleeper like me, bring ear plugs or play some white noise. It is close to historic highway one so road noise in the master at night is very loud to someone from the mountains where it’s so quiet. Otherwise, wonderful place and we will be back!

Our family of four had a lovely 3 night stay at Eddie’s place. It was spacious, clean, beds were very comfortable. The parking in the garage was great. It is an upstairs unit, which wasn’t a problem for us but something to be aware of. There was a beach umbrella and camping chairs available. The kitchen was stocked with lots of nice dishes, utensils, Saran Wrap etc., and best of all a keurig with plenty of coffee pods, sugar and creamer etc. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, laundry soap, extra pillows, everything you could need. We really felt comfortable and at home. The beach is walkable in about ten minutes. You do need to cross a busy street but there is a light and crossing. It’s easier to just drive over with your beach gear, and free beach parking after 6 for sunset viewing is nice.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Eddie’s place. The house was very clean and had modern features that made the place feel very homey. There was amble sleeping arrangements for our group and we always had parking spaces in the front for our third car. We were also very close to beaches and attractions! Overall I highly recommend this stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at Eddie's place. Good location. Walkable distance to the beach and a quick ride to busier Newport locations. The place was clean and as described in the listing. We loved that it included 2 bikes for us to use! Eddie was friendly and quick to respond to any questions that arose. Great price for the location!
