A few mins drive to Center, restaurants, and Polo Park shopping area. 700 meters to HSC, 10 mins walking, 2 mins drive. Wifi + Aandroid TV. Two full bathrooms, including ensuite on Master Bedroom. King bedroom, plus twin bedroom and 3rd bedroom with bunk beds. Extra sleeping possible in living room. Equipped kitchen and laundry machines. 3 bedrooms upstairs, Master with ensuite. Living space is all on the second floor, open concept, with bathroom and closet space behind. Ground floor is entrance closets, laundry, and garage.

The host was a great guy. The area was perfect and next to a 24 hr store which is helpfull. The area was quiet other than a few emergency vechicles passing by. Any problems and you know that the host will do everything he can to help you. Thanks for a great stay.
I was there for four months, and it was really good, I never had a problem at all.

We enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed staying in this new 3 bedroom home. Jonathon was a great host and quick to respond and be helpful. Everything was clean, bright, and nicely decorated. This is a good choice if you are planning to drive to your destinations, which are not far by car. We appreciated the indoor parking garage. The host provided a great guidebook for those new to Winnipeg.

Quick access along Logan Ave to Route 90 (North South), Mchphillips and Keewatin (Heading North), or Downtown (Isabel/Osbournse, Main, Princess, King Streets). All within a few mins drive. Parking in Garage, Driveway, or street.
