Peaceful and cozy. Mary’s place took us a little bit off the map the first time but after reading her instructions, we just followed her route! Very quiet with active wildlife, had everything we needed!

I arrived in the dark, late at night. Mary's directions to the unit were perfect. It was a pleasure to find some munchies and beverages already in the fridge. Healthy snaps helped with the hunger of the late arrival. My brother took the bed, I took the sofa; we both slept well, enjoying the cool desert air coming into the apartment, and the pleasant sound of morning dove's in the morning. It was quiet and very much a comfortable place to be. Being only 9 miles from my son's home, I hope to stay here again.

The photos were very descriptive. Follow Mary's directions on how to get to the place. We followed the GPS and went over a lot more bad roads than we had to. Only did it once! Other reviews commented about the ceiling height and are correct. I am 5' 10" and my wife 5' 1" so we had no problem with the ceiling, even in the shower. Thought I might find it a bit claustrophobic, but it was not a problem. Great bed, great shower, soft towels. Wash machine and dryer available for use downstairs. The apt is up a flight of stairs, but we live in a two story house and are accustomed to stairs. A/C unit in the apt with controls. Must be well insulated, as we would run the A/C and then turn it off for about half the day. Only had one window, thought that might be a problem, but it was not. Had to get the car washed as we left town as it had a lot of dust on it. New Fry's Supermarket only 5 miles away. The distance from things is made up for in the price. It is very well priced for area.
