One of the few Airbnbs to overwhelm rather than underwhelm! Jason’s narrow boat is beautiful and Jason is a superb host. He gave up his Saturday morning to take us up and down the canal, through a couple of locks; he turned the heating on remotely so we wouldn't be cold in the morning; he left tea, coffee, milk and prosecco for us; and was always available for any questions. The boat is very cosy and comfortable, a really special place to stay. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back!

we had such a great time, couldn't recommend it enough. The boat is beautiful and super comfy with everything you need and loads of those extra details. We had no idea how to drive a narrowboat, but Jason has been so welcoming. He is a great teacher and won't let you down (he's been very patient). Also we were allowed to take our cat on the boat and for that we are very grateful!

If you are keen for a narrow boat holiday on the beautiful canals on England I cannot recommend Jason’s boat enough. We chose his boat as it was handy to the Harry Potter studio tour and was handy to London, as well as the unique and beautiful finishing on the boat. The boat had every luxury you need for a few days away from home. Jason spent a few hours with us making sure we were confident with the boat before sending us on our way north. He made recommendations for stops and checked in along our journey. We loved mooring up in a different location each night as well as stopping in towns/pubs for lunch along the way. The kids got involved and loved helping with the locks along the way. My Floating Holiday Uk was the best part of our 3 month trip to the UK. I cannot recommend it enough.

Staying on the Colleen Bawn is a unique experience and one which Jason makes special✨. He was incredibly kind and patient in explaining how to pilot the narrowboat and was easy to contact with any questions. The boating community have proved to be an unexpected bonus - everyone we met was really friendly and warm. It's so much better than just staying in an apartment in terms of experience and learning about other ways of life. Overall, Jason and his boat are excellent! 🤩

Our stay at this beautiful canal boat was incredible. We decided to stay here for something a little bit different than a standard hotel and we couldn't be happier that we did. It is a great location for visiting Harry Potter World. The host is extremely friendly and always very responsive if you have a question. We stayed with our 3 daughters 7 and 8 and they loved being on the boat, feeding the ducks and are already asking to go again. Thank you for a great stay.
